Why Clean Air Ducts?

In addition to normal accumulations of dust and dirt found in all homes with air ducts, there are homeowners that have the following should clean their air ducts more often:

  • accumulations of dust and dirt found in all homes
  • pets living in the home
  • occupants with allergies or asthma
  • cigarette or cigar smoke
  • water contamination or damage to the home or HVAC system
  • home renovation or remodeling projects

Some homeowners are more sensitive to these contaminants than others. Allergy and asthma sufferers, as well as young children and the elderly, tend to be more susceptible to the types of poor indoor air quality that air duct cleaning can help address.

Why Choose
Our Air Duct Cleaning?

Our air duct cleaning services stand out for their unparalleled quality and effectiveness. With years of experience in the industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional results that ensure your home remains a healthy and comfortable environment.

Cutting-Edge Technology

  • We clean to the highest standards possible with the most powerful advanced equipment.
  • We will never use a wimpy portable Rotobrush vac or Ram Air system hooked up to a carpet cleaning machine with a 2" suction hose.
  • We use large gas or diesel powered negative air machines connected with 8",10" or even 12" hoses hooked directly to your Main trunk lines. (Return first and then supply)
  • The machines used are sized according to the size of your home or business and the ductwork.

Our Cleaning Process

We treat every home as our own.

Thorough Vent and Duct Cleaning Techniques

  • Before hooking up we protect your equipment to avoid cross contamination.
  • The Air conditioning coil and blower motor are blocked off with a foam or plywood barrier.
  • One of our guys will go through the building with a hepa vacuum and pre clean the floor vents to remove as much solid debris ( dogfood, legos, toys etc.) as possible before the cleaning process starts.
  • Once we have the vacuum running outside, we snake through every vent opening with high pressure air whips.
  • We slowly work through each branch line to push all debris to the main trunk line.
  • When all branch lines are done we repeat the process several times in the main trunk lines to move all dust and debris to the point of extraction to the vac.
  • We use photos and video cameras to ensure every inch of the system is clean.
  • After the duct work is clean we turn our attention to the air handler or furnace. Each part is air washed with 180-250 PSI filtered air.
  • Once everything is clean we install metal plates over the access holes and seal with metal tape.

Maintenance, Repairs, and Additional Services

  • If the blower needs to be removed for pressure washing we can do it.
  • If the evaporator coil needs a deep cleaning we can do that as well.
  • If you have contaminated fiberglass duct insulation we can remove it and replace it with mold resistant insulation.
  • If you have missing ductwork or return panning we can repair or replace.
  • We can treat animal smells, smoke organic growth.
  • We offer 100% acrylic VOC free mold and mildew resistant coatings to prevent future growth.
  • We can clean and update or repair your dryer vent.

Note: During extremely cold or inclement weather we can save most of your heat while cleaning with our special 230 volt electric hepa filtered machines instead of the gas powered equipment. We have the proper adapters to safely make 230 volts with your regular 120v outlets or we can plug directly into your dryer and stove circuit. The process is the same as outlined above.
